Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.  

Returns will only be accepted if items are unused in the the original packaging.  

Once a return is received we will inspect your items, and notify you by email that the return has been received.  

We do not offer refunds for delays with shipping, once an order is shipped the chosen courier is responsible for delivery of the order. 

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, to your original method of payment within 30 days.
